அடையாறு பால வித்யா மந்திர் பள்ளி விவகாரம் குறித்து, சிறப்பு விசாரணை அதிகாரி, நேற்று விசாரணையைத் துவக்கினார்.பள்ளியின் செயலர் ஆஜராகவில்லை. அவரை நேரில் ஆஜராகச் சொல்லி, சிறப்பு அதிகாரி உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார். 

அதிக கட்டணம்: சென்னை, அடையாறில் செயல்படும் பால வித்யா மந்திர் என்ற தனியார், சி.பி.எஸ்.இ., பள்ளியில், அதிக கட்டணம் வசூலிப்பதாக,பெற்றோர், கடந்த நான்கு நாட்களாக போராட்டம் நடத்துகின்றனர்.முதல்வரின் குறை தீர்க்கும் தனிப்பிரிவு அதிகாரி,இன்னசன்ட் திவ்யா, ஓய்வுபெற்ற நீதிபதி சிங்காரவேலு கமிட்டி அதிகாரிகள், சி.பி.எஸ்.இ., தென் மண்டல இயக்குனர்(பொறுப்பு) சீனிவாசன் ஆகியோரிடம், பெற்றோர் மனு அளித்தனர்.இந்நிலையில், நீதிபதி சிங்காரவேலு பரிந்துரைப்படி, 

பால வித்யா மந்திர் விவகாரத்தை விசாரிக்க, இடை நிலைக் கல்வி இணை இயக்குனர் கார்மேகம் நியமிக்கப்பட்டார்.பின்,விசாரணைக்கு ஆஜராகுமாறு, பால வித்யா மந்திர் நிர்வாக செயலர் ரமண பிரசாத், தலைமை செயல் அதிகாரி எஸ்.எஸ்.நாதன், கல்லுாரி முதல்வர் ஸ்ரீனிவாச ராகவன் மற்றும் பெற்றோரின் பிரதிநிதிகளான வழக்கறிஞர்கள் நாகஷீலா, கவுதமன் மற்றும்சுரேஷ் ஆகியோருக்கு, பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறை சம்மன் அனுப்பியது.இதன்படி, நேற்று காலை, 10:30 மணிக்கு, பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை அலுவலகத்தில், அதிகாரி கார்மேகம் விசாரணையைத் துவங்கினார். இதில், பள்ளி செயலர் ரமண பிரசாத் ஆஜராகவில்லை.அவருக்குப் பதில், வழக்கறிஞர் ஆனந்த சசிதரன்ஆஜரானார். 

வாக்குமூலம்: 

முதற்கட்டமாக வழக்கறிஞர்கள் நாகஷீலா, கவுதமன் ஆகியோரிடமும், பின், பள்ளி முதல்வர் ஸ்ரீனிவாச ராகவனிடமும், விசாரணை நடந்தது.அதிகக் கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கப்படுவதை, ஆதாரத்துடன் பெற்றோர் தரப்பில் அளித்தனர். முதல்வர் ஸ்ரீனிவாசராகவன், நிர்வாகம் சொல்வதை தான் அமல்படுத்தி வருவதாக தெரிவித்தார். இதை வாக்குமூலமாக, அதிகாரி கார்மேகம் பதிவுசெய்து கொண்டார்.மீண்டும், வரும் 11ம் தேதி, மாலை, 4:00 மணிக்கு, பள்ளியில் நேரடி விசாரணை நடத்த சிறப்பு அதிகாரி 

முடிவு செய்துள்ளார். விசாரணைக்கு, செயலர் நேரில் ஆஜராகவும் உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

பள்ளி சி.இ.ஓ., - முதல்வர்நீக்கம்:பள்ளியின் நிர்வாக ரகசியங்களை, சி.இ.ஓ., எஸ்.எஸ்.நாதன் மற்றும் முதல்வர் ஸ்ரீனிவாச ராகவன் தான், பெற்றோர் தரப்பில்கூறிவிட்டதாகக் குற்றம் சாட்டி, பள்ளி நிர்வாகம் அவர்களை நீக்கியுள்ளது. சி.இ.ஓ., எஸ்.எஸ்.நாதன், 'டிஸ்மிஸ்' செய்யப்பட்டார். பள்ளியின் ஒன்பது துறைத் தலைவர்களிடமும் அடையாள அட்டை பறிமுதல் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. புதியமுதல்வராக சுஜாதா நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார். 

யாரையும் பணிநீக்கம் செய்யவில்லை: 

பள்ளி புதிய முதல்வர் சுஜாதா, பத்திகையாளர்களுக்கு அளித்த பேட்டியில் கூறியதாவது:சிங்காரவேலு கமிட்டி நிர்ணயித்தகட்டணம் தான் வசூலிக்கப்படும். கூடுதலாக வசூலித்த கட்டணம், பள்ளி நாட்களில் பெற்றோரிடம் திருப்பிஅளிக்கப்படும்.வித்தியாச கட்டண அடிப்படையில், மாணவர்களை தனித்தனியாக அமர வைத்து வகுப்பு நடத்துவது போன்ற நடவடிக்கைகளில், இனிமேல் பள்ளி நிர்வாகம் ஈடுபடாது.பல்வேறு புகார்களின் அடிப்படையில் தான், சி.இ.ஓ., நாதன்,நீக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.பள்ளி முதல்வர் மாற்றப்பட்டது நிர்வாகம் எடுத்த நடவடிக்கை. அதில் எந்த உள்நோக்கமும் இல்லை.பெற்றோருடன் போராட்டத்தில் ஈடுபட்டுள்ள ஆசிரியர்கள் யாரையும் பணிநீக்கம் செய்யவில்லை.மாணவர்களை வகுப்புக்குஅனுப்ப, பெற்றோர் முன்வர வேண்டும். பெற்றோர் குற்றம் சாட்டும், ரமணபிரசாத், பள்ளி நிர்வாக கமிட்டியில் இல்லை.மாணவர்கள் நலன்கருதிசுமுகமாக வகுப்பு நடத்த, பள்ளி நிர்வாகம் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கும்.இவ்வாறு, அவர் கூறினர்.
